Sports section is on page 18… While not in the paper, Stan Musial makes his Major League debut, starting in right field for the St. Louis Cardinals in the second game of a doubleheader against the Boston Braves. Musial goes 2-for-4 with a double and knocks in two runs as the Cardinals win 3-2.
