Lewis and Clark Ride: Welcome to the Roughrider State

Just one more time zone and four states to go.

A couple quick points: upgrading from my PROFORM Tour de France’s stock pedals to clip-on cleats and pedals was one of my best ideas ever. Also, the prairies of South — and now North — Dakota are beautiful at first, but after a few hundred miles the scenery becomes extraordinarily repetitive. To the point that I get excited when I come up on a hill, tree, hay bale… anything.
