Medal of Honor Convention

I have the honor and privilege of designing and maintaining the website for the Medal of Honor Society’s 2010 Convention in Charleston, SC. The event honors the recipients of our nation’s highest military honor. At the time of this writing there are only 99 living recipients.

Over the course of the next several weeks, there will be numerous entries into the Hall of Heroes category on this blog that will likely become a part of the website. I highly encourage readers to visit the site, and perhaps donate to the cause. These great men are the true definition of heroes as they risked all they had to protect what we take for granted today. Freedom isn’t free, and few understand this better than the Medal of Honor recipients.

A nation that does not honor its heroes will not long endure.
