This will be the first night football game in Naval Academy history. This is the first of three Navy games in Baltimore this season and the Midshipmen shut out North Carolina Pre-Flight 31-0 last week…

100 men are pictured standing on the wings of the Curtiss C-46 Commando on page 18, giving you a perspective on just how big this twin-engine transport is. The C-46 can carry 12 more troops and nearly twice as much cargo as the Douglas C-47 Skytrain. Here is a neat 1942 newsreel about the Commando:
