American Police Force Update: Who is “Captain Hilton”

It appears that “Captain Michael Hilton,” the supposed president for the American Police Force is also known as Miodrag Dokovich, and reportedly has at least 17 aliases. “Hilton” is a Montenegrin national from Santa Anna, Calif. and speaks with a heavy accent.

“Hilton” has a long list of felony, civil, and bankruptcy cases. And has $1.1 million in outstanding judgements against him. The Billings Gazette has more.

But we should trust Hardin and Two Rivers authorities because they have “done their homework.”
