Says only 50 of these cars are in the hands of consumers.

I'm waiting for the Auto Industry to market a hybrid that uses six "D" cell batteries. Naturally I think it would be smart of them to use quality rechargeable "D" cells, like Duracell makes. If the "Low Battery" indicator comes on and the owner is caught to far from home and a recharging station is not available, they could use their flashlight's "D" cells in a pinch.

Just thinking out loud. :)
