She couldn't wait for a few days to take one flight to Hawaii-- so she takes her own--and her entourage...and her limousines.. her 24-member staff-- on separate flights.

Freakin Marie Antoinette.

She has the nads to admonish Americans that we should have a 'simpler' Christmas, and then goes and jets off on a $300,000 vakay, when she could have saved the taxpayers that money by travelling with her husband.

What a bitch.

I'm beginning to think she doesn't really care that much for the skinny mommas' boy in the White House. You gotta wonder who tells him bedtime stories!

I notice they never seem to go to their home in Chicago. Wonder why? He has a 1/2 sister, isn't she in Hawaii, is that why they go there? I sure never hear it mentioned that he visits her. You never hear a thing about her.

And I would like to know how often he went to Hawaii before we were picking up the tab for him and his "thinks she is a queen" wife. She makes me want to toss my Christmas cookies!!!!!!!

He pissed off the locals when he opted to go for suits instead of aloha shirts for the big photo op at the end of the APEC event in early November.

He said he thought the tradition needed to be changed because of how unattractive folks looked wearing local attire at these annual events.

The media yawned, but the morning local talk radio shows were on fire with criticism. He says he's from here, and likes to promote the local culture, but his chance to showcase it with aloha wear, and he insults the island's signature garment.

After he's gone, the taxpayer will continue to foot the bill for protecting him and his family for the rest of his life.

Pathetic mess we The Entitlement People have gotten ourselves into isn't it.

Although I am in no way an Obama supporter, why should we not protect him and his family if that is the norm for ex-presidents?

No reason I can think of, so long as it doesnt involve transporting house staff and limousines to Honolulu every Christmas at taxpayer expense...

I never said we shouldn't do anything different than we've done for other past presidents.

I still don't have to like the fact that we will do it for one of the most traitorous(sp?) presidents in our history.

In this context... I am meaning 'traitorous' to Our Constitution.

The irony of it doesn't set right.

He... and many other politicians... commit treasonous acts against Our Constitution (Laws) and we can't simply fire them for breaking those laws and recinding(sp?) the unconstitutional law. Instead they get their way, we have to live with it, and when they leave The Taxpayer continues to give them a free finacial ride and use up Secret Service resources.

Doesn't set right at all. The People are to blame for their apathy, and those of us paying attention are laughed at or ignored because we are in the minority.
