Lowe's pulls ads from TV show about US Muslims

KTLA News December 11, 2011

LOS ANGELES (KTLA) --

A California senator is threatening a boycott against homebuilding supply chain Lowe's after it pulled advertising from the reality TV show "All-American Muslim."

"All-American Muslim" is an eight-part series that follows five Muslim families living in Dearborn, Michigan.

What the hell right does a California senator have to tell any business how to run their ads???

I will patronize them more in the future and let them know why.....

Everything I needed to learn about Islam, I learned on 9/11

My thoughts exactly. Sounds like another moonbat politician sucking up for the PC vote.

It's idiots like this that make me want to go back whence i came.
Except I'm already whence I came...

We do live in America, and I feel like boycotting Lowe's for knuckling under to hate groups like the one in Florida that was referred to in the article. Wrong for the senator to add his opinion, but I do agree with him.

I never have watched this TV show that features American Muslims. The problem that I have is that I live in America and believe that those who defame other ethnic groups that also live and work here, are nothing but white trash. They remind me of those who participate in defaming our soldiers who have died fighting for our country are of the same ilk as those you side with. Wing, you and your fixation about my fictitious hatred of Jewish people and Israel is so far off base that I think you have some type of mental disability. If you don't like what I post just put me on ignore.

Nah...I think it's important to know what strange people post, don't you? You have openly displayed your dislike (if not hatred) for Israel and Judaism. It's not off-base, it is simply describing what appears to be reality.

Wing, America was based on freedom of religion which you seem to have forgotten. If you think about it, your backing of this hate group that would deny this group of American Muslims their livelihood here in America is no different then what the Nazis did to the Jews in the late nineteen thirties before the holocaust. The Jews were denied their jobs, businesses, property, and eventually their lives. America has always had freedom of religion, and became the best country in the world to live in for that reason, and also the biggest melting pot so to speak. You can call yourself a Christian, but your behavior toward me on this forum belies that. Like I said, I am going to stay here and post my thoughts, and if you don't like it, just put me on ignore.

Have a nice day.

Lonnie, I see that you are a early riser like myself, Good Morning. I would put some people on ignore but then I will start wondering what they are saying about me, and then take off the ignore function. Pretty boring forum if everybody had those whom they disagree with on ignore.

I don't consider the folks in Florida a "hate group"... Muslims as a whole and especially in Dearborn, have proven themselves to be anti-American. If disliking people who are anti-American qualifies a group as a hate group, then count me among the membership of that hate group!!! And at any rate, Lowe's is free to be non-politically correct if it deems it appropriate. They don't need your approval or mine...only the approval of the shareholders.

This country didn't become the best in the world for THAT reason alone (freedom of religion... as you put it...).

It became the best country in the history of mankind because we aren't a true democracy, or governed in a Socialist, Communist, Dictator / King / Queen form of rule.
Muslims promote Master / Slave societies with their Islamic Law stemming from the rantings of one man over the span of 33-35yrs. That lunatic wrote the Koran / Quran.

Thanks for using the words... Melting Pot. Most Liverals use the word... Multiculturalism.

'Melting Pot', used for a description of The People of These United States, means that immigrants denounced their failed forms of gov't and pledged allegence to The Republic of These United States of America. One Nation Under God.

Multiculturalism stands for something entirely different. And that difference tears down this country.

Muslims who don't denounce their failed form of gov't from whence they came want Islamic Law.

Edited to add:

Islamic Law most definitely NOT keep religion out of Gov't.

Practicing Muslims... radical or not... wheather they admit it to themselves or the nieve(sp?)...
DO NOT WANT OUR CONSTITUTION TO SURVIVE.

Thanks Tennessee. I had to edit because I couldn't finish my train of thought as I had family stuff... literally... dragging me away.

Hopefully, you still agree with my post after my edits.
