Just think of the tools available today. Instead of being able to withstand heavy metal music for several days, the old boy would have ran out screaming after 2 or 3 minutes of Rupert Wainright or Celine Dion.
Talk about weapons of mass destruction.

Be careful for nothing, but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Rupert is the "son" of Loudon Wainwright. He reeks of, well, an "alternative" lifestyle. He never came out of the closet as he was never IN a closet. His voice is beyond awful. He was on 60 Minutes a year or so back and my dogs howled when he started singing. My dogs, however, DO like Celine Dion as they think they are watching themselves on TV when she is on.

You make me sick General. How do you live with yourself, honestly?? To torture your dogs like that by making them watch 'horse face' Dion is truly repulsive. My skin is crawling just thinking about it.
What else do you do to torture your dogs?? Let them chew on live extension cords??

No way. We try to monitor what the dogs watch on TV but sometimes we turn our backs and they have turned the channel to the All Hitlery channel or the All Rosie O'Daniel channel (those two channels are very similar). You do your best as dog parents and it is all you can do.
