The Breach was down yesterday for about 24 hours. I posted something on the old Breach yesterday but no admin answered. That's ok, but, I was just wondering if the old Breach is not going to be used anymore in times of trouble?

Jim, the short answer is: Yes it will continue to be used.

The long answer is: I didn't realize that the Breach had been turned "offline" until this morning. It was a automatic turn off which should not have happened. I apologize for the inconvenience. I am going to post some extra instructions on the Old Breach to help in case something like this happens again. Thank you for your continued support.
