* If anyone feels that a topic, post or reply violates the rules please contact the Admin immediately using the "Report" button. Admin have the ability to remove objectionable messages and will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if that action is determined necessary.
The administrators are posters, too. Members will not be punished, censored, or retaliated against for disagreeing with any Admin on a purely political or ideological basis.
We welcome and encourage the ideas of Americans and non-Americans, alike although all posts are subject to comment by other members.
While failure to comply with the rules will result in a suspension or revocation of the privilege to post, the purpose of this board is to engage in meaningful discussion and to have fun.

1. NO PORNOGRAPHY. - Graphic images that are non-pornographic in nature will not be censored if they are used to make a point and not merely to shock. However, the poster shall display a plain warning on the thread title. Please use common sense when commenting on things of a sexual nature. Discussions about intimate body parts offend many people.
2. Outwardly racist posts or cartoons are not permitted. Threads can get heated and name-calling is sometimes inevitable. Be aware that derogatory names for the affect of insulting other members on a personal/character level may happen. We want an open board and "colorful" language will not be censored as long as it is not used excessively i.e., we will not tolerate vulgarities peppered in every post. If you cannot tolerate this type of environment then please use one of our more moderated forums such as THE RAMPARTS.
3. Members are expected to contribute positively to this board. - Those who are here simply to wreak havoc and not otherwise contribute to this board in any meaningful way will be subject to suspension and/or banishment at the discretion of the Admin. Constant trolling about one subject is considered wreaking havoc. Religion should always be discussed with respect to all.
4. One account per member. - No posting under multiple aliases - or impersonating of forum members. Do not let other people use your account.
5. Do not post private information about other members. - Do not reveal personal names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or family and job information the member has not revealed on this board. Posting of a member's private messages is prohibited without the permission of that member.
6. No multi-posting. - Multi-posting is the act of making the same post to more than one category, topic, or forum. This is a form of spamming.
7. Post topics in the appropriate forum. - Topics out of place are subject to being moved without prior notice, other than this warning. Questions and comments about the rules, board features, or protocol should be posted in About the Realm -> Questions About the Rules or About the Realm -> General Questions and will be moved if posted in other forums.
